The student Union Government through the P.R.O, Hon. Ikotun Gideon Kelechi has appealed to all female students with the campus community to be very vigilant especially at night.
According to him, it has been noted, that some heartless persons are parading themselves as Uniben Security with the intention of deceiving unsuspecting female students, thereby taking them to dark, lonely and remote locations where they can possibly carry out acts against their will.
Every female student or lady within campus is advised to be watchful and not to follow any unknown person with no valid means for identification till further notice.
Never leave night class alone with anyone you don’t know, unless you’ve at least informed a friend.
