It was gathered that the 67-year-old celebrity transgender would tell the world about the final surgery in her upcoming memoir.
She came out as transgender in April 2015, during a highly publicized interview with Diane Sawyer.
After two years of embarking on the journey to transitioning from male to female, Caitlyn Jenner is finally a woman following a successful sex reassignment surgery, RadarOnline reports.
Jenner's penis has been replaced with a vaginal and she says she feels "liberated."
It was gathered that the 67-year-old celebrity transgender would tell the world about the final surgery in her upcoming memoir, "The Secrets of My Life".
The surgery was a success, and I feel not only wonderful but liberated," Jenner reportedly wrote in the memoir,which is due for release on April 25.
Jenner, a former Olympic champion, reportedly had the surgery in January this year.
In the memoir, Caitlyn, formerly known as Bruce Jenner, reportedly said for her, a penis "has no special gifts or use for me other than what I have said before, the ability to take a whiz in the woods. I just want to have all the right parts. I am also tired of tucking the damn thing in all the time."
She said she decided to go public about her latest surgery "so all of you can stop staring. You want to know, so now you know. Which is why this is the first time, and the last time, I will ever speak of it."
Jenner had previously undergone facial feminization surgery and gotten breast implants.
